上海汇得科技股份有限公司成立于2007年6月，可溯源至1997年创建的上海汇得化工有限公司，是一家集设计、研发、生产、销售和服务于一体，专业制造革用聚氨酯（PU）树脂、聚氨酯弹性体相关产品等系列新材料的科技型集团化公司。经中国证监会核准，公司股票于2018年8月28日在上海证券交易所挂牌上市，股票代码603192，股票简称“汇得科技”。
　　The Shanghai Huide Technology Co Ltd, which was originally the Shanghai Huide Chemical Co Ltd set up in 1997, is a technology-oriented group company integrating design with R&D, production, sales and service. Huide Technology established in June 2007 specializes in manufacturing leather polyurethane resin, polyurethane elastomer products and other related new materials.
